To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@kasi.care with your order details and the reason for your refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months after the initial 14-day refund period.
Annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but refunds will only be provided if the cancellation request is made within 14 days of the initial purchase. After the initial 14-day period, no refunds will be provided, but you will retain access to the service for the remainder of the subscription term.
To cancel your subscription, log in to your Pracflow account, go to the "Account Settings" section, and select "Cancel Subscription." Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team at support@kasi.care for assistance.
Pracflow reserves the right to modify or update this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users via email and will be effective immediately upon posting.
