What analytics shows you
Analytics brings together how much you earned, how much work you delivered and what clients thought. It is a premium feature, so a free plan shows the page behind an upgrade prompt.
- Revenue and transactions, broken down by payment status and mode.
- Session counts and clients served over time.
- Feedback and reviews, including your average rating and individual responses.
- Settlement summaries per team member on the Teams plan.
Two numbers worth watching monthly
Completed sessions tells you whether your delivered work is growing, independent of pricing changes. Average revenue per client tells you whether clients are staying for a course of therapy or leaving after one session. Together they explain most changes in your income.
Keeping the numbers trustworthy
Analytics reflects your records, so two habits determine whether the figures are usable.
- Mark sessions completed. An appointment left as confirmed after it happened is not counted as delivered work.
- Mark cash payments received. Unmarked cash makes your revenue look lower than it is and leaves invoices showing a balance.
For anything beyond the on-screen charts, export from Transactions to Excel. That gives you the underlying rows to build your own reporting or hand to an accountant.
Turning feedback into public credibility
Ratings come from the responses to your feedback forms, not from a separate reviews system. Your average rating is calculated from them, and you choose individually which responses become publicly visible on your profile.
Nothing is published without you deciding. Before making a response public, make sure the client is content for their words to appear, even where no name is shown.
